Musician Hwindi President has made shocking allegations against Tendai Kusosa, a ZIMRA official, accusing him of unfairly seizing his car despite having all the necessary paperwork in order. Hwindi President claims that he was later told that his Temporary Import Permit (TIP) had expired and was asked to pay nearly $5,000 in fines, storage fees, and duties to reclaim the vehicle. However, he insists that the TIP only expired because ZIMRA locked up his car, and if it hadn’t been seized, he would have returned it to South Africa in time.
