Job Description:

PG Industries is recruiting Technical Sales Person

Responsibilities:

•​Design glass solutions and create Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for selling all aluminum accessories.
•​Identify and assess the technical needs of clients, providing suitable product recommendations.
•​Develop and implement sales strategies in response to changes in consumer behavior.
•​Simplify complex technical information for customers to ensure understanding.
•​Follow up with clients to address any issues and ensure satisfaction.
•​Keep customers updated on new product developments and technological advancements.
•​Prepare detailed proposals and reports related to technical products.
•​Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
•​Provide regular sales performance updates to management.
•​Maintain accurate customer communication records and contact details.
•​Adhere to all company SOPs, policies, statutory regulations, and expected behaviors, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
•​Generate new business through telemarketing and relationship-building activities.
•​Participate in marketing and sales initiatives to drive product visibility and engagement.
•​Accurately process customer quotations in a timely manner.
•​Follow up with prospects, collaborating with sales teams to schedule meetings.
•​Ensure that all sales are made in accordance with the prescribed Gross Profit margins (GP).
•​Provide after-sales support and services to ensure customer retention.
•​Retain and grow the existing customer base.

Qualifications and Experience

•​2 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•​Ability to design, develop and articulate solutions based on requirements
•​Experience in glass handling & fitting is an added advantage
•​Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the glass products work.
•​Experience is Construction is desirable.
•​Is able to learn quickly and work under pressure.
•​Relevant technical background or experience in the glass industry or a related field.
•​Proven track record in technical sales or business development.
•​Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•​Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
•​Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
•​Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
•​Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
