Kumbirayi Katsande

Kumbirayi Katsande is a prominent Zimbabwean business executive and entrepreneur with extensive leadership experience across multiple major companies. He currently serves as Chairman of Old Mutual Zimbabwe Ltd., Nestlé Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd., and holds the position of Independent Non-Executive Chairman at Khayah Cement Ltd. and Nampak Zimbabwe Ltd. He is also a director at Boc Zimbabwe Gases. Over his career, Katsande has led six different companies and held significant roles such as CEO and Managing Director at Ariston Holdings Ltd., Chief Operating Officer Manufacturing at PG Industries (Zimbabwe) Ltd., and cluster management positions at Nestlé in both Zimbabwe and Zambia.

Katsande has also been a key figure in Zimbabwe’s industrial sector, serving five terms as President of the Confederation of Zimbabwe Industries (CZI) since 1998. His leadership has been influential in shaping business and industry policies in the country.
