Our #MCM today is Muzzie Nduna, a Zimbabwe-born property mogul who’s made a name for himself in the UK real estate scene. Born in Zimbabwe, Muzzie moved to the UK with his family at 17 in 2004. He pursued Manufacturing Engineering in college and university, laying the groundwork for a successful career.
While studying, Muzzie worked in the automotive industry in the West Midlands, gaining hands-on experience and climbing the corporate ladder. By 27, he was a Production Manager overseeing 70 employees. His knack for leadership and problem-solving served him well, but Muzzie’s entrepreneurial spirit wouldn’t let him stop there.
In 2018, Muzzie dove headfirst into property investment, leveraging training courses and networking to build his portfolio. He mastered the art of Rent-to-Rent (R2R) properties, snatching up over 30 properties across the country using Other People’s Money. His portfolio boasts a mix of HMO’s and Serviced Accommodation units, generating significant returns.
Muzzie’s expertise extends beyond property. As a qualified Manufacturing Engineer, he’s well-versed in Lean Manufacturing Principles, including 5S, 8 Waste, and Value Stream Mapping. His experience in the automotive industry and other roles has honed his attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to lead teams.
Beyond his business ventures, Muzzie is passionate about empowering others. He founded the Zim Property Investors Network, a community with over 5,000 members worldwide. Through this platform, he’s shared valuable insights and mentored aspiring property investors, helping them launch and scale their own businesses.
