Handling customer transactions, including calculating totals and accepting payments.
Basic knowledge of fast-food products.
Managing cash and card transactions.
Ability to perform basic math calculations, including handling cash and calculating change.
Effective communication skills, including responding customer inquiries.
Maintaining hygiene of the cafeteria to match health safety rules.
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Collaborating with team members and working with other staff members to ensure smooth coffee shop operations.
Five O’ Levels including Mathematics and English
Certificate in hospitality
Attention to detail
Good communication and personality skills.
Knowledge of computer applications such as word processing and spreadsheets
Organized.
