Preparing meals for staff and executive management .
Managing inventory and assisting in ordering supplies as needed.
Monitoring food safety and canteen sanitation practices to comply with health regulations.
Ensuring food is presented to high standards of quality and hygiene.
Maintaining an organized kitchen and efficient workflow.
Carrying out any other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor in regard to the canteen.
A certificate in Catering, Culinary Arts or a similar qualification.
Proven two years' experience as a cook or in a similar role, preferably in a formal work setup will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
