Identify potential clients
Receives Loan applications.
Conducting loan assessment and recommends
Preparing of loan contracts and facilitating the signing process by the clients.
Maintain updated records of loans.
Loan disbursements
MARKETING BANK PRODUCTS
Identifying business opportunities.
Sells Bank products.
Manage loan client relationship Management
LOAN REPAYMENT
Daily loan repayment collection
Serving of demand letters to delinquent loans
Monitoring own loan portfolio
Financial literacy trainings
Training clients on proposal writing and business management.
Degree in banking and Finance / Diploma in Microfinance or related business degree
Minimum of 2 years' experience as Loans Officer in a financial institution
Clean drivers licence (two years) older is a Pre-requisite
Ability to write projects and conducting loan assessments
