Updates all FRGM claims plans for approval at Ministry of mines offices.
Ensures all FRGM claims supporting documents are available and ready in case of a disputes.
Tends to Ministry of Mines requirements and reconciliations timeously.
Tends to disputes and provides evidence to support FRGM on any arising disputes.
Ensure the interpretation of Mines and Minerals Act of Zimbabwe is correct.
Ensure the notices in the Government gazette are read and understood for the protection of FRGM tenement.
Assists in tenement management systems
Performs adequate quality control checks of the geological database.
Performs any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
