Front desk & patient flow: greet patients, answer calls, book appointments, maintain files, and direct patients appropriately.

Observations: measure and record vital signs (BP, pulse, respiration, temperature), height, weight, intake/output; promptly report abnormalities to the clinician.

Patient support: chaperone and prepare patients for examination; assist in the waiting/observation rooms; transport patients safely when required.

Basic care & hygiene: maintain high clinic hygiene standards (surface disinfection, bed/linen care), prepare and store clean dressing packs/trays, and restock consumables.

Specimen assistance: assist with non-invasive specimen collection (e.g., urine/stool/sputum), labeling and safe transport to the lab as instructed.

Medication & procedures: assist only as delegated and supervised by a Registered Nurse/Doctor (no independent administration or clinical decisions).

Documentation: keep accurate logs of vitals, patient movements, and care activities; support simple statistics and stock checks.

Infection prevention & safety: follow IPC protocols and help safeguard clinic equipment and property.
