Floor Salesperson with technical expertise in Plumbing.
Floor Salesperson with technical expertise in Paint.

Provide expert guidance to customers on plumbing or paint products, including usage, compatibility, and installation techniques.
Demonstrate product functionality and advise on best-fit solutions based on customer needs.
Explain technical specifications, advantages, and limitations of products clearly and confidently.
Assist customers in locating, selecting, and transporting products to the till.
Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and accurately labeled with updated pricing.
Conduct daily spot checks and check stock definitions.
Support floor operations through active observation and prompt customer engagement.
Uphold a service-oriented attitude that reflects the value we place on every customer.
Perform any other related duties as reasonably required.
A minimum of 6 months of progressive experience.
O' Level /A' Level qualification.
Certificate /Diploma or equivalent related training will be an added advantage.
A clear understanding of Paint / Plumbing products is a must.
