Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Development
Conceptualize and design graphics, layouts, illustrations, and other visual materials for print and digital platforms (e.g., social media, websites, brochures, ads).
Develop brand identity elements including logos, typography, and color schemes.
Create visual assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, content creators, and product teams to deliver design solutions that meet strategic goals.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and finalize designs.
Collaborate with printers, developers, and external vendors to ensure final outputs meet technical requirements.
Technical Production
Prepare and deliver production-ready files for both digital and print formats.
Ensure proper resolution, color accuracy, and formatting for different channels.
Stay updated with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.).
Research & Creativity
Stay informed about design trends, competitor visuals, and audience preferences.
Translate creative briefs into engaging visuals.
Experiment with new design techniques and technologies to keep content fresh and appealing.
Project Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Organize and maintain an asset library for easy access and reusability.
Ensure consistency of design across all projects and platforms.
Quality Control
Proof designs for errors before publishing or printing.
Maintain brand consistency and visual standards across all materials.
