The National Biotechnology Authority is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Advisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, the incumbent will provide legal advice and enforce compliance to laws and statutes.

Provide Legal advice by consolidating all relevant laws and regulations, interpreting laws and regulations to staff, updating staff on policy changes, documenting all the relevant laws and regulations for use by staff members.
Monitor Legal risk by Identifying risks, assessing the risk, developing risk mitigation strategies and providing training and awareness to staff.
Review NBA Policies by researching and analysing relevant laws and regulations, identifying areas for update and reviews, drafting policy and monitoring implementation of the policy.
Forging partnerships with national, regional and international partners.
Prepare Contracts and agreements.
Facilitate Board Meetings.
A degree in Law or equivalent. A least 3 years' experience
