Degree in Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of SAP hands-on experience across FICO, FM, and MM.
Experience with SAP system administration.
Proven track record of SAP implementation and post-go-live support.
Strong understanding of cross-module integration points.
SAP certifications in relevant modules are an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills with ability to support both technical and business users.
Proactive approach to system optimisation and business process alignment.
Ability to deliver user training and prepare clear documentation.
