Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
Perform routine maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
Conduct inspections and tests to identify problems
Replace and repair parts and components as needed
Maintain accurate records and communicate with customers
Collaborate with colleagues to prioritize and manage workload
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including:
Wiring and circuit faults
Battery and charging system issues
Starter motor and ignition system problems
Lighting and signaling system faults
Electronic control module (ECM) and sensor issues
Install and repair vehicle electronics, including:
Audio and navigation systems
Security and alarm systems
Comfort and convenience systems (e.g., heated seats, climate control)
Use diagnostic equipment and software to identify and troubleshoot electrical issues
