Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, goods, and other items as required.

Ensure timely delivery and collection according to schedules.

Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, water, tyres, lights, etc.).

Report any vehicle faults, accidents, or incidents immediately to management.

Keep the vehicle clean, polished, and in good working condition at all times.

Ensure all vehicle documents (insurance, registration, logbook) are valid and always kept in the vehicle.

Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel usage reports.

Follow assigned routes and adapt to traffic or road conditions when necessary.

Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and traffic regulations.

Assist with loading and offloading of goods when required.
