PG Industries is recruiting Technical Sales Person
•Design glass solutions and create Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for selling all aluminum accessories.
•Identify and assess the technical needs of clients, providing suitable product recommendations.
•Develop and implement sales strategies in response to changes in consumer behavior.
•Simplify complex technical information for customers to ensure understanding.
•Follow up with clients to address any issues and ensure satisfaction.
•Keep customers updated on new product developments and technological advancements.
•Prepare detailed proposals and reports related to technical products.
•Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
•Provide regular sales performance updates to management.
•Maintain accurate customer communication records and contact details.
•Adhere to all company SOPs, policies, statutory regulations, and expected behaviors, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
•Generate new business through telemarketing and relationship-building activities.
•Participate in marketing and sales initiatives to drive product visibility and engagement.
•Accurately process customer quotations in a timely manner.
•Follow up with prospects, collaborating with sales teams to schedule meetings.
•Ensure that all sales are made in accordance with the prescribed Gross Profit margins (GP).
•Provide after-sales support and services to ensure customer retention.
•Retain and grow the existing customer base.
•2 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Ability to design, develop and articulate solutions based on requirements
•Experience in glass handling & fitting is an added advantage
•Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the glass products work.
•Experience is Construction is desirable.
•Is able to learn quickly and work under pressure.
•Relevant technical background or experience in the glass industry or a related field.
•Proven track record in technical sales or business development.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
•Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
