Job Description:

We are recruiting, we are a dynamic and fast-growing medical aid society. We pride on delivering high-quality medical aid service to individuals, corporates and civil servants. To support our continued growth, we are looking for an energetic, results-oriented Sales Representative who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and networking.

Use social media platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to generate and engage leads.

Develop and maintain a client database and track interactions via CRM tools.

Sales Engagement

Schedule and conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with prospects to introduce our packages.

Prepare and present professional and tailored proposals and quotations, in liaison with the membership team.

Deliver product presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of our products.

Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly targets.

Relationship Management       -     Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Reporting & Administration       -    Maintain accurate records of calls, visits, proposals, and conversions, including submission of weekly reports on sales performance.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical aid industry or a related field.

Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Essential Skills:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and achieving sales targets.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Driver’s license is a must – fieldwork and client visits are part of daily responsibilities.
