Caroline Mutisi, an employee at Jan Jam, a popular clothing store in Harare has been arrested for allegedly stealing clothes worth thousands of dollars.

The accused, Caroline Mutisi, not only faces criminal charges but has also opened her own store along Cameron Street using the stolen merchandise.

Mutisi’s arrest follows an internal investigation by Jan Jam management, which uncovered the alleged theft. The stolen clothes were reportedly used to stock Mutisi’s newly established shop.

The unauthorized transfer of inventory has raised concerns about security measures within the company.
