The Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet, Dr Martin Rushwaya has announced in a statement that President Emmerson Mnangagwa has appointed Monica Mavhunga as the new Minister of Veterans in the Liberation Struggle Affairs. Minister Mavhunga is replacing Cde Christopher Mutsvangwa who was relieved of his duties last month.
