The season increases incidents of Cough, Flu, Common Colds and aggravates health conditions such as Arthritis, Psoriasis, Eczema, Asthma etc. Even statistics also suggests that more people will tend to suffer from heart attacks in winter.

So, here are some essential health tips to keep your body healthy this winter and fight off seasonal infections:

1 – Eat seasonal root vegetables

There are many winter root vegetables known for being carb-heavy and starchy. However, winter root vegetables are complex, slow burning carbohydrates.
