TIMB is seeking applications from qualified candidates for the HR Business Partner position. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with labour laws while contributing to a positive workplace culture. The successful candidate will be based at TIMB Head Office in Harare.
REPORTS TO: HEAD HR & ADMINISTRATION

Oversee recruitment, training, and skills development initiatives.
Manages payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Implement and monitor health and safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.
Oversee the management and maintenance of TIMB fleet.
Ensures capacitation of IRBM system and support employee development.
Ensures adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations.
Maintains comprehensive and organized HR records.
Undertakes HR Analytics.
Degree in Human Resources/ Psychology or equivalent.
IPMZ diploma is required.
A minimum of five years' post graduate experience in Human Resources of which 2 years must have been in a supervisory capacity.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS/ COMPETENCES
Class 4 driver's license.
Highly organized and task-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
Strong report-writing and presentation skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
