Mashavi Supermarket is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Till Operator to join its retail team in Harare. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling transactions efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent service at the checkout point.

Operate the till and process customer purchases accurately
Handle cash, card, and mobile payments securely
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Assist with price checks and product inquiries
Report any till discrepancies to the supervisor
Support stock control and shelf replenishment when required
Minimum of 5 O’Level passes including English and Mathematics
Certificate or Diploma in Till Operating or related retail training
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic numeracy and attention to detail
Honest, punctual, and able to work under pressure
