To stand in for the School Head in his/her absence
To assist the Head in managing all aspects of the school operations
To maintain the Catholic ethos
To enhance the school's academic performance by devising and implementing effective teaching methodologies and educational programs
To maintain a good tone of discipline in the school (for both teachers and students)
To support the implementation of the school curriculum and assessment strategies
To provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for staff
To assist in maintaining a safe and inclusive school environment
To ensure that the school operations are in compliance with statutory directives and standards of the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education.
To build and nurture strong relationships with the Catholic church officials, parents, the community, and stakeholders
To create a safe, positive and empowering learning environment for students
To supervise the non-teaching staff teaching and to report on their performance as may be required.
