As the Head of Academics at Lusitania Primary School in Harare, Zimbabwe, Dr. Gonde has made a profound impact on the lives of over 70,000 students worldwide in 2024 alone.

Dr. Gonde’s passion for advancing educational equity, championing marginalized girls, and uplifting women and educators globally has earned her numerous accolades. She is the Founding Director of Girls Leading Our World and Heartfelt Teachers Network Global, initiatives that reflect her commitment to empowering young girls and promoting quality education.
